Refund policy
Due to sanitary/health reasons we are not accepting returns or exchanges/No refunds. All items on the site are finalized once you make your order.
If there is an issue with your order and it is an error on our part, feel free to email us with the name on the order as well as your order number. If it is an issue with shipping or delivery, please contact USPS! Priority packages come with insurance and if your package is damaged, you can file a claim with USPS and get your money back!
If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address!!!
